Citizens 4 Responsible Development

Accountability and trust are lacking. Can the same people who led us to our current deteriorating infrastructure and inadequate budget use these additional money more responsibly? Do their interests coincide with those of most residents in a city where almost 30% live at or below poverty level? This isn't our only alternative. In fact, it may not be the best option.
