Citizens 4 Responsible Development

This is the one plan that the City of Daytona Beach seems to be serious about. Compare the implementation plan for the Riverfront to the one developed for the Downtown/Ballough Road Redevelopment Area Plan, and you will see that the level of detail is strikingly different, and that this is the one plan that talks very specifically about where the money could be found to make this a reality. It's also the one plan where implementation has been successfully initiated although some of the recommendations were tossed aside in the design of the "esplanade" currently under construction.
